Our Right Relations Team fosters harmonious relations and helps to resolve conflicts within the church community. The team is available as a listening ear so that when an interpersonal conflict arises, members of the congregation can seek support and advice before the conflict grows. It acts as a trusted third-party that provides both emotional and technical guidance for navigating conflicts.
