Like all Unitarian Universalist congregations, we are democratically run by our members through elected leaders. The Board of Trustees, elected by our members, focuses on governance: vision, mission, and oversight. The Board sets major goals, establishes policies, oversees the finances of the congregation, and serves as an accountability partner with the staff team.
