Rachelle Lappinen has been part of the Harvard Unitarian Universalist Church community since March 2020, when she joined as a consultant for the tech team to help launch our hybrid Zoom and in-person services. Professionally, she serves as Assistant Director of GEAR UP Fitchburg at Mount Wachusett Community College, supporting first-generation and underserved students on their path to college. On summer weekends, you’ll find her at Lake Quinsigamond renting kayaks at Regatta Point Community Sailing. She lives in central Massachusetts with her daughter Kat.
