Welcome to the Harvard Unitarian Universalist Church. We are honored to support you as you plan a memorial service to celebrate and honor the life of your loved one. Our facilities can accommodate both the service and, if desired, a reception afterward.
Please familiarize yourself with our facilities and amenities, as well as our rental process and our use policies. These are outlined in the Rentals page and the Facility Use Policies page on this website. We encourage you to schedule a tour of our sanctuary and reception hall, if that would be helpful. To do so please send an email to rentals@uuharvard.org and we will respond promptly.
See the Application Process. To confirm your date and reservation, Form A (Facilities Use) and Form C (Memorial Service) must be submitted.
Our minister would be honored to help you create a memorial service that reflects the life of your loved one and the needs of your family. Please be in touch with our minister to begin the conversation.
The Church assumes that you will use our Minister and Music Director for your service unless other plans are made and approved by the Minister and Music Director. The fee for a non-member memorial service is $385.
The fees for the Minister, Music Director, and tech assistant are payable directly to each individual prior to the Memorial Service. Please pay by check or cash.
If live-streaming and/or recording the service on Zoom is desired, there will be a fee of $150, payable to the tech assistant of the day.
Memorial Service applicants must read the Facility Use Policies and Renter’s Responsibilities and agree to the terms of use.
