Our worship service will consist of a performance by a special guest. Dev Luthra, a Shakespearian actor, will perform Secret Asian Man, an autobiographical performance piece focusing on the experience of being split between cultures as a result of having parents of different ethnicities. The play centers on how this experience plays out in the relationship between father and son. The performance will be followed by a facilitated opportunity for dialog with the congregation.
