At Third Space Kitchen, Chef Eric Brown will prepare a combination of dumplings ranging from potstickers to empanadas and ravioli. He will discuss the three different types of dumplings and fillings. Participants will get a chance to work with dough, fill a set of dumplings, and enjoy their preparation while we talk about food –or anything else.

Third Space Kitchen is located in the Millrun Plaza, 491 Main Street , Groton. Carpooling is advised. In order that the chef have enough ingredients for everyone, please notify Dorothy Solbrig or Janice Goodell if you plan to attend.

Founder, Eric Brown had a well established career in advertising and a successful marketing agency focused on hospitality businesses. After selling one of his companies, he pursued his dream of attending culinary school at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in the Professional Chefs Program.

Eric has founded and is involved in many companies that include food, restaurant marketing, book publishing, business coaching and consulting while also enjoying fitness, travel and the pursuit of lifelong learning.
