Silent Sitting and Walking – Wednesday Meditation

7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Where: Fellowship Building on Elm St.: Usually Charlanne Van Wormer room – occasionally a different room.
Format: Rotating leadership. We open with a reading, then sit for 20 or 25 minutes, followed by walking meditation for 10 minutes. Next we sit for 10 minutes and then close with a reading.
All are welcome. Bring your mat/cushion/whatever you use, or use one of ours. Chairs are available, if you prefer one, and you might want a cushion for the chair.
