April 7 Movie Night ("The Color of Fear") - Harvard Unitarian Universalist Church

Our Sunday morning services are in-person in the sanctuary and live streamed via this Zoom link.

As we are all aware COVID-19 is still with us. While most of us are vaccinated and boosted there are still people who are at higher risk from this disease than the average. We are a welcoming community and as such, care for one another. In that spirit the Board and Reverend Bran request that everyone wear a mask for in person services to protect all our members and to encourage everyone who is able to attend. We will continue to provide extra masks, available at all church entrances, to those who need them.

It’s almost time for the first Friday movie night! On April 7, at 7 pm, Ted Johnson will be screening The Color of Fear and leading discussion afterwards. The movie will be shown in the sanctuary.

Eight North American men, two African American, two Latinos, two Asian American and two Caucasian were gathered by director Lee Mun Wah, for a dialog about the state of race relations in America as seen through their eyes. The exchanges are sometimes dramatic, and put in plain light the pain caused by racism in North America.
